clearly, i'm not having a chipotle burrito. i am having what one would call "time to go food shopping this weekend kind of lunch"
english muffin with laughing cow cheese toasted (nomnomnom) and a yogurt, but i forget which one cause its in the work fridge...speaking of that, those mofos better have not taken it!!!!!0 -

This black bean and salsa concoction I made. Huge spinach salad, and some cottage cheese.
Banana for a snack - and who am I kidding because I almost always eat my snack with my lunch.0 -
Baked sweet potato fries, 3 soft boiled eggs (from my wonderful hens), green beans and parmesan cheese.0

Last night's leftovers: Brown rice pasta with green beans and broccoli and a turkey sausage meat sauce. Which sounded really good until everyone started talking about Chipotle.0

Today's lunch is just a salad from Boston Pizza, because I have a GIANT steak at home for tonight!

Yesterday I had chicken sausage with spaghetti squash and bolognese sauce. Today I'm having canned chicken noodle soup because I'm lazy and I'm getting sick (plus I need a low calorie lunch).0

It's a wet cold day today which calls for SOUP! I'll be having the great value tomato soup with my low calorie version of a grilled cheese.0

I eat the same thing for lunch every day. Peanut Butter sandwich (with Sara Lee 45 cal bread) with an individual bag of something from the Baked Lay's bag. It's about 400 calories.0

Not sure yet... when i logged my food yesterday I was shocked how little i ate and i consumed 1800 calories! Disappointed and frustrated. Anyone want to friend me /help me?
Ugh I hate that! I have that same problem (well sometimes, sometimes I just need to stop the eating lol) but yes it's crazy to think how quickly it adds up. Friend me if you want! I keep my food diary open to friends0 -
My lunch today is pecan-encrusted pork tenderloin, a sweet potato with a spray of parkay and a little bit of cinnamon, and carrot sticks. Not exciting but yummy and fulfilling0

Just back from my lunch hour, it was great. I'm full but not stuffed. It's a new feeling for me because I always ate untill I was truly stuffed. Now I'm getting used to listening to my body for when it's satisfied.0
