Hi Everyone, i have been doing Debbies live workout from youtube about 3/4 times a week, but i have no idea how i'm supposed to add that to my exercise database so i can add it to my daily workout... any ideas?? its mainly a core workout with plank work and bicycle crunches etc and a bit of cardio in there as well, its about 30 mins long...

I would recommend buying a heart rate monitor w/calorie counter. Then you can create the exercise yourself under "cardiovascular" and log those calories. Before I got my HRM I would just estimate my calories burned based off some "formula" my trainer told me... but once I got my HRM I realized that I was actually underestimating calories burned and therefore eating less than I should have been. Even though it's still just a guesstimate it's more accurate than guessing yourself.
