    I'm doing T25 at home right now and I love it! It's quick and it makes you sweat. Plus I walk my yellow lab every day for 30-45 minutes. :)

    I also recommend T25 - it's amazing! Go for it. I'm sure you're going to love it! Good luck with whatever you do :D

    I'm obsessed with them...
    You're better to have Dumbells, medicine ball and yoga mat for them.
