So I know 1lb isn't a lot, obviously. However, I have been on a plateau since November and fell of the wagon due to frustration. I really started to watch what I was eating again about a month ago and have been exercising for the last 2 weeks and I didn't see the scale move at all. I knew it could take some time and that I couldn't get frustrated and quit, but I was getting pretty frustrated. So to see the scale finally move, even if it is just 1lb, I'm happy. I'm jumping for joy. It was the motivation I needed to keep going.

Well this is great progress and all, however I would check your measurments for progress because I can lose a pound after going to the washroom, or gain one drinking a couple of glasses of water..
Keep up the good work0 -
Congratulations! Keep up the fabulous work!0
