Recommendations for Fitness Watch

I'm looking for Pros/Cons on a watch that you use/wear. I know a lot of people know someone that has this or that watch, but I'm really looking for personal recommendations. What I would like to have is a watch that I can track caloric burn (with or without GPS on, for gym workouts), that I can swim with, that has a HRM and comes with the HRM strap, GPS is optional, footpod is optional, ties into MFP or FB or RunKeeper. There are a lot of watches that meet these criteria, what do you like?

I currently have the Gamin 405 and disklike it.
