I go back and forth with MFP, because I cant seem to drop the weight. I always go over my 1200 calories mft has set for me. I go over about 340 calories. I'm planning on walking 3 mil/day. should I up it to 1500? I don't want to eat back my cal if I'm trying to lose the weight.
I weigh 204 and i'm 5'4, 38 yr old female.
my goal is 2 lbs/week weight loss.

If your not losing eating 1200 calories your snacking or not accurately counting stuff your eating.. I would say you could eat 1500 calories at your height no problem and still lose.. if your tracking accurately.0

Yeah, I just started tracking more accurately, since the app for me is not working right, and not syncing correctly, I have taken the time to do all my log-ins on the computer.
