Weight Loss Plateau/Is a 1200 Cal Limit Too Low?

Hey, all! So I've been in the process of a serious weight loss/body transformation program since October, tailoring my diet and working out 1-2 hours a day, and thus far I've lost 100lbs. I dropped from 280lbs-180lbs, but now I think I can sufficiently say that I'm stuck, as I haven't been able to lose a pound in 3 weeks.

I work corporate currently, and only have about 2-3 hours free a day where I can work out, and I want to make sure I'm making the best of my time, though I'm most definitely open to any suggestions--even working out longer even if it cuts into sleep a bit.

I'm male, 26 years old, and 5'11". I've been upping my weights, reps, sets, and lowering my calorie intake per MFP's suggestions, but the past few weeks, it's had me in the 1200-1270 range, and I'm wondering if this is too low of a limit for me to lose weight.

My goal is the 150-170lb range. As long as I can become a healthier, stronger version of me, I'll be happy, though I really want to shoot closer for the 150lb weight range so that I'll have a bit of a buffer for weight gain when I go off to BMT. Any suggestions?
