Calories for recomp?

Total newbie here. Happy with my scale weight, started half heartedly lifting heavy weights and I've fallen in love. Working with a bit of a blend of 5/3/1 and Strong Curves and realised for best success I need to pay more attention to my protein and macros. This has highlighted calories for me for the first time (!!).

I'm neither looking to lose or gain (5lb either way fine, but nothing major), I know recomp is slow, but it's what I want for where I am now. I've no idea what to set my activity level at? I've worn a pedometer the last 10 days and the average steps I've taken works out at 11650 per day, that's just general house work, dog walking, errand running etc. I loath (sorry!) high impact cardio so I avoid it at all costs. I'd rather count my 3 lifting sessions per week in with my activity levels rather than eating more on lifting days.

Any/all help or suggestions appreciated! I've no idea what I should be eating?
