What is your favorite healthy snack?

As sticking to a long healthy streak and getting use to logging in my meals everyday, I often wonder what other healthy low fat snacks are there to eat in between meals. I am not a creature of habit on eating the same snack everyday especially during the work week. Usually I snack on nuts, a rice cake, fruit, etc. What is your favorite snack that gets you through the next meal?

Snap pea crisps are great!!! I also like nuts, protein bars, pretzels (for days when I have carbs to spare), dried fruit, or veggie crisps.

I like cheese strings as a go-to snack... with a piece of fruit. The combination of protein from the cheese and fiber in the fruit lasts quite a while and it helps me to reach my protein target for the day.

Protein at meals and for snacks will keep you going. Handful of raw (preferably unpasturized, sprouted and dehydrated) almonds
and cashews. Or raw walnuts (most Omega-3 fatty acid). Organic/raw whole milk yogurt plain (I make) or homemade kefir will take away my hunger.

    Cucumbers with hot sauce.

Walnuts (I like the 100 calorie packs from Planters - makes it easy to throw in my purse!)
Cottage cheese and an apple/banana/crackers etc
    Quest Protein Bar
Peanut butter on anything (or just by itself....)
A slice of toast and jam or peanut butter
    Sugar snap peas
    Edamame
Laughing Cow cheese wedge w/ crackers or half a bagel
Cup of black coffee with ground cinnamon sprinkled in it (and stirred) - SO GOOD!
    Apple

Those are my regular kinda snacks. So delicious and most are easy to take to work!

Low fat because some processed foods have high sugars or bad calories in fat.
