So I wanna get STRONG and build muscle, I dont want to join a gym, I dont own a lot of weights, I have a bar and some 5 and 10lbs plates, I think prolly about 50lbs in plates.
Is it a realistic expectation that I can lose weight and tone with body weight exercises and the few weights that I have?

Yes, you gotta work with what you have. I do bodyweight exercises and workout dvds and they work for me.0

YOU CAN TONE AND BUILD WITH WHAT YOU HAVE JUST STAY WITH IT0

You Are Your Own Gym (YOYAG) download the app (skip the book)
Convict Conditioning (not sure f they have an app)
If you can do all of those things, you will be very strong and probably ripped. I am very strong and cannot do many of the exercises. My strength is from lifting heavy things. But the bodyweight stuff in these 2 programs is still very challenging for me.0
