So Im not sure how to correctly enter in crunches into my exercise. What is the difference between sets and reps.?

sets are made up of reps
1 rep is one crunch. one set is the group of reps
for example if you did 10 crunches in a row, that would be one set of 10 reps0 -
so if you do ten crunches it equals 10 reps
then rest a minute and do 10 more crunches
You've now done 2 sets of 10 reps.0 -

And that is merely for keeping track, nothing to do with calorie burn.
You'll find that in the normal exercise section under like calisthenics for the minutes you did it.0
