Breakfast Sandwich (Pic)

I just made this a while ago and it turned out so delicious and very filling. One sandwich is 300 calories.

1 sandwich thin
1/2 slice white american cheese
2 thin slices avocado
1 slice deli turkey
1 slice tomato
1 fried egg

One one side of the sandwich lay the cheese down and place the fried egg on top of it. On the other side mush the avocado and spread across the slice of bread, lay the slice of turkey on top of avocado and add the slice of tomato on top of the turkey. Place the two sides together to make a sandwich. Eat and enjoy! So good.
