Best weightlifting ideas for Fat burning, Muscle Building?

Hey there,

I eat a clean diet of protein, vegetables and fruits. No sugar, no alcohol, very little carbs (mostly from wheat products) I do cardio and weightlift 6 days a week (both everyday to clarify). I'm looking to those who went from burning inches to building muscle and what type of weekly plans are the most effective as well as something to shake up my current routine. Thank you!
