When I am craving something sweet I try to have a piece of fruit. Some days I will have 3 apples and a banana. I am wondering how much fruit do you eat in any given day.

I limit fruit to 2 servings a day. I try to watch my carbs and sugar count to keep them under control, but today I had 3 servings and my carbs and sugar were over, no surprise there. lol0

Anywhere between 1 and 3.
Today will be 3. Frozen berries in a protein shake. Half a banana before my run and half after and just about to have some stewed apples I've just made.

I eat fruit for almost every meal... I really like them I would think as long as your getting enough protein and fats from other things, have as much fruit as you want. I probably have a banana, blueberries, strawberries, an apple. .. Some clementines (told you I like fruit). but I find this works for anything that's food. Balance is key.0

I just ate three mangoes before my veggie soup dinner. I often times have 5-6 bananas for breakfast. Lunch often consists of a whole watermelon, or a couple of cantaloupes. Sometimes it will be a couple of pounds of grapes. Or a pile of peaches. Or plums. Or a whole carton of strawberries or blueberries. Or two cartons.0

I don't really care about my carbs and not that worried about my sugar but I rarely have more than 1-2 servings of fruit in a day.
ETA: Blackberries are my thing. I will eat 1 lb of blackberries within 24 hours if they're around.0 -

One to two servings. Normally an apple or diced peaches. I sometimes share my apples with my dogs.0

400 grams of strawberries when they are looking good. Blackberries when strawberries are icky. Peaches from palisade colorado when it the season. Blueberries occasionally. Almost every day.0

I usually do 2 servings. I snacked on extra fruit today and easily went over my daily sugar limits.0

Ya but this guy says in his profile that humans are meant to only eat fruit and that's a load of bull ****e. I guess he forgot the food sources that made humans into the cognative beings we are today
Oh, and the irony of you misspelling "cognitive" is not lost on me.0 -
Usually a banana with breakfast and frequently another serving or two later in the day. Depends on what's in season and on hand0
