BMR & RMR ...

What's the difference? I googled it and I get that they are obtained from test subjects under different conditions with rmr being less restrictive. But what do you use the rmr calculation for exactly? Just curious.

    Not sure but perhaps RMR is closer or equivalent to NEAT at least for someone who is sedentary?
