does anyone know of a nice type of workout I can do when my legs are still tight and slightly stiff from yesterdays workout?

    You can always lift some weights

    I just force myself to do the same workout again. Maybe go for a walk, a light one a few times in the day. Make sure your stretching REALLY good before and after each work out. It will help a lot.

    lift weights, push ups, scrunches...... a nice walk is always good!! =)

    No weights available unfortunately but I suppose I could walk on the treadmill a while although I was hoping to avoid walking again LMAO
  • yoga :) great workout and relieves tight muscles. i have a dvd at home ("yoga burn" by rodney yee) that does wonders
  • I second the yoga! It feels fantastic when your muscles are sore. If it's nice out, I also like taking a walk.
