Sugar Free Candy Cleanse

Got your attention, didn't I!? I ate a handful of sugar free life savers this afternoon and I experienced some not so nice side effects. I ate some last week and got sick, but didn't know what from. I thought nothing of it until now. I've spent a good amount of this evening running back and forth from the facilities. I did a google search on sugar free candy and came across numerous threads here on MFP which point to the same thing. Don't exceed 1 serving (3-5 pieces) of sugar free candy unless you want to experience explosive diarrhea. Yuck!

My DH learned the hard way what sugar alcohols are after eating half a French silk pie. Now he runs from the room screaming when I mention sugar free goodies.0

George Takei posted this on his FB a month or so ago. The reviews to this particular candy on Amazon are hilarious!
