Stopped in the middle of insanity

Hello~ Today I was doing the cardio thing and resistance and I did stop during the stretches because I can't manage to continue the thing where you lift up your leg several times. I wonder if I will still lose weight. My legs are still not doing great after working out yesterday.

Then I paused with 10.5 min left to go because I was failing even on the half knee pushups.

Going to the train station with my dog to collect my friend soon.

    Stick with it. I had numerous water breaks. The last day of the first month was the first day I never took a water break during the warm up. As long as you let your heart rate recover somewhat then get back into it, it will do you good. As you progress you will find yourself doing more with better form also.
    Im at the end of week 1 month 2 and its a whole new game. I cant just have a water break now I need to pause it, lower my heart rate and crack on with it.
    Modify exercises if they are to hard. As long as your pushing yourself.
