4 Large eggs
8 Slices of turkey bacon
.25 cup of onions
.25 cup of green peppers
1 med. whole potato
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
4 slices of FlatBread

Peel a whole potato then take the peeler and start slicing the potato till all sliced.
Dice the green pepper and onion
Heat up a frying pan with olive oil or country crock, a table spoon of either will do.
Then add the potatos, green pepper and onion to the frying pan and spice with onion powder,garlic powder and pepper ,fry until done.

Fry the turkey bacon, then scramble the eggs add a little cold water for fluff.
Lay out the flat bread and lay the eggs then 2 slices of bacon, then fried potatoes on top divided into 4 portions and serve ( ketchup,pepper optional )
