Your body is adjusting to the new calorie limit. I have days where I just don't want to eat. Even people not watching their weight have that problem.

How under 1200 were you ? If only by 100 calories...just drink a large glass of milk, OJ, etc. That could easily get you there without eating anything.

If this is a reoccurring theme, you not eating 1200 calories, you need to try to eat more calorie dense foods.

Don't eat 100 calorie yogurt in the morning, eat the full flavor. Etc.

You're likely going overboard avoiding dietary fat and likely filling up on lots of fibrous vegetables and what not. Do not avoid dietary fat, it is an essential macro nutrient. Saute your veggies in some olive oil, use full fat dressings on your salad, consume some dairy, a measly little ounce of nuts...a tiny little handful of nuts has around 160 calories...1/2 an avocado has around 120 calories. Basically eat more dietary fat...avoiding it just jacks with your hormones among other things.

If I am low, I eat peanut butter!! It only takes a little bit, and it adds on the extra needed calories
