5-1/2 pounds in 25 days since starting with MFP.
16 pounds altogether since the beginning of my journey. :happy:0 -

10 lbs in about 40 days, but I've lost a LOT of inches!0

I've probably lost about 30 of my 98lbs using MFP over the past 6 or so months. I don't have very much left to lose though

I joined in May and it works out to about 23lbs however I was not really dedicated until August. I have seen the biggest change in the last few months I have also lost 4" off my waist and 3 off my hips.0

While I haven't really lost any weight since starting MFP (up and down the same 2 lbs for 2 1/2 weeks), I feel better about myself, know that on most days, I pay much closer attention to what I choose to eat. The rest will come in time.0

7.5 lbs in the 3 weeks I have been here. :happy:0

I started on 7/19/10 at 330 pounds when I started doing something to correct it. I think was about 320 when I found MFP and started using it am down to 276.2 today.
Total loss is 54 pounds
But I been burning 1k calories a day in exercise.0 -

I joined in March, 2010 and have lost 55 lbs. This site is a little work to keep making the daily entries, but it is so worth it. Your body will show the truth as long as your honest with yourself. Also, this has to be by you and for you! Don't let anyone tell you're too thin or obsessed.0
