Hello to all!
I am an old visitor to this site, but the English version that I eventually abandoned.
I note with pleasure the Italian localization, ergo I returned to use and keep track of my workouts, now that I've stepped up my physical activity.
My name is Antonio, I Caserta, first of all I love to run (at least 4 times a week about 10 km), the Caribbean dance that dance for 10 years and now and I recently joined the gym.
Indeed, I have yet to find a balance between the gym and run for not too much stress on my body.
The thing that I have to get used to new foods and measuring and tracking on the site, but it is a necessary step if I want to control my weight!
Let's see if I can lose those 4 pounds in these 3 months!
