Looking for Gastric sleeve support buddies.

Hey all, I just underwent a vertical sleeve gastrectomy and am looking for other people who have been threw the same thing. I had my surgery on March 31st, so like 5 days ago and am home now. I think I am doing well aside from some headaches and nausea. I am having a hard time with getting the full fluids in and the protein as well. Does any one have any tips on what I can do?

I have no idea what to eat, I do stay away from Carbs and eat protein like the doctor wants but there is not much I can eat. I am not good at making a menu to eat a breakfast or how much I should eat. I really am having problems eating I am losing weight but want to be healthy too.

I had my sleeve done last September. It is very hard at first to get your fluids and protein in. All you can do is just get in what you can. It does get easier the further out you get. I drank alot of protein shakes after I first came home. Hope this helps.
