Trying to stick to the plan.

So, I've been using MFP off an on for a long, long time. However, this time things seem to be sticking. I'm on a 36 day streak, I've lost around 15 pounds since the new year and I've really reduced my intake of sugar and salt. This is all great, but I'm starting to think that I've reached the end of the phase where things are easy in the beginning. I'm starting to get discouraged a bit more frequently. I really want to stay on the path I'm on, because I still have a long way to go. I'd love to have some friends on MFP in a similar situation for some mutual support.

You've done so well - 15 pounds is a cracking amount to lose and it looks like you've done it sensibly over a reasonable amount of time.
You've probably just hit a wall and you need to change things up again to shock your metabolism into action.
Add me pal - not only am I in the same boat - I'm in the room next door!0
