Running (or at least too much it) shortens life span

Being a runner, this is something that really ignited my curiosity. I found it a very interesting read. Do I take it seriously? Probably not. What say you about it?

    Too much of anything will hurt you. Killing you, perhaps not, no one can say, but it's always good to keep stuff in moderation. Everything in moderation.

    They call "moderate" running 2-3 hours a week. Over a life span. I think most folks are safe.

    Recent studies show running moderately over the adult life span is good for bone density in later life.

    I'll keep running my 40-60 miles a month.
