Losing chest fat

Hi guys,

Need some advice on how to shift my chest fat. As you can see from the photo below, i have no definition at all really. And i'm uncomfortable with the fat around my pectorals. Never been able to shift it and i really want to get a summer body this year so i need it gone as soon as possible! I run around 2 miles every morning and have just started doing 100 pressups and 50 leg raises a day in an effort to get rid of it. I also eat a healthy diet.

Any advice on how to get rid of this chest fat? I think some nice tone will appear if i get rid of it, but as you can see in the photo, i have too much fat around my pecs, and a fair bit around my stomach and slight love handles.
