Struggling with T25--need some motivation!

Hey guys! I usually don't start a thread but I need some help. I've been doing T25 for about a month now and aren't getting the results I had hoped for. I know it's only a month, but I am a repeat weight-gainer and this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to exercising and eating healthy. I log my food, switched from white to wheat grains, drink more water, increased my veggies. I also don't eat any calories back from exercising. I eat 1400 calories a day.

Height: 5'9"
SW: 254
CW: 242
GW: 175

I know some people have had the same same problems. Any suggestions?
