Does Whey or Fructose make you nauseous? Switch to soy?

I'm trying to figure out which ingredient causes immediate nausea/headache for me. I've drank Muscle Milk and TJ's chocolate whey powder, and they all make me ill. A friend suggested protein bars instead. I just ate half a Power Crunch and it made me feel exactly the same. It has Proto Whey protein blend and fructose in it.
However, I feel totally fine after a Clif Builder bar. I realized it's mostly soy protein, which isn't ideal?

Most likely it's whey protein. Do you normally have a hard time digesting dairy?
Don't switch to soy. It's not safe. Look into Vegan protein like brown rice/pea protein or egg white protein. That's what I use b/c I'm allergic to whey.0 -

I'm Asian, so probably! However, the occasional pizza doesn't kill me. Haha0
