Between having a serious eating problem and just a normal (though unhealthy) view of food?

For me, it's when I become focused on even the tiny bites I steal when cooking. I literally record everything that goes in my mouth, even the most miniscule of bites. I have a very unhealthy relationship with food but I try and eat like my family so no one sees just how unhealthy my relationship with food is. I was so completely devastated by a weight gain due to medication that I went into overdrive on fixing that. I lost fifty pounds but that came with the cost of negating every bit of food going into my mouth by exercising to make it as if I didn't eat a thing.
When your whole life revolves around what to eat and gets to the point where you don't want to eat, it's a problem.
I would say I have a seriously unhealthy relationship with food and probably need counseling because of how I view my body and food, but this is just my personal experience.
There comes an unhealthy look at food when you first begin tracking, but for some it turns into an obsession, which it is in my case.0 -
