I finally got my FBF in the mail today. I realize that I burned almost 1300 calories just taking it out of the box and setting up my account. LOL I'm awesome like that.
I finally had a chance to get on the computer today and I think I understand the negative totals and BMR guestamations. Is there anything else I need to know that will help me keep this and myself working correctly?
