Hehehe! During most weeknights I do exercises while watching TV. I can be such a couch potato, so to feel less guilty about my love for tv I exercise to many episodes of American Idol, Modern Family, and even to the Food Network. Lots of core, arms, legs, stretching, and some cardio.0

I usually sit and bounce around on an exercise ball lol... But I do run in place to get more steps on my fitbit lol0

Hey...not judgment here. Any movement is better then nothing. You are making an effort. That is a lot more then most do.0

Nothing to feel guilty about. I watch tv and movies while riding my bike ot doing the elliptical all the time. Multitasking is a beautiful thing. And its fantastic that your kids are learning the importance of exercise early. Kudos Mom.0
