TDEE vs MFP

I just want to make sure I'm looking at this right and not double dipping…. >__<
Based on my TDEE, I'm supposed to eat 2128 calories daily
So when I log all of my food and exercise into MFP, does that mean I need to look at the net column or the "food" column. I know TDEE is calculated with exercise included, but I get confused after I log everything
Also, I'm 19, 5"2, and 128lbs. Wanting to lose 10 pounds

Just look at how many calories you've eaten for the day. If its under 2128 you can keep eating.0

If your calorie amount is based on TDEE you do not need to enter your calories for exercise. I just input 1 calorie for my training to track that I've done it. You will NOT net calories with TDEE method.
MFP bases your calorie goal on just your day to day activity, which is why you get more calories for exercise. TDEE already builds that in so you eat a steady amount week-long rather than earning more when you exercise.0
