    Monday: 1 hour Zumba class, sometimes 2 classes
    Tuesday: 30 to 60 mins on elliptical and lift.
    Wednesday: 1 hour zumba class
    Thursday: 1 hour Zumba toning class
    Friday: 1 hour HIIT class, or 30 to 60 minutes on elliptical and / or lifting
    Saturday: 1 hour Zumba toning class
    Sunday: walk, or elliptical or stretch or rest.

    Elliptical for 25-30min 4-5 times a week.
    Strength training 3-4 times a week (chest/bicep day, tri/shoulder day, back day, lower body day)

    I do five to seven CV sessions per week and two resistance sessions.

    My CV is one long steady state run, one short recovery run, three interval or tempo sessions, one long cycle and a long session on my rowing machine.
