I went over? What should I do?

Hello! I know just get back on track tomorrow, but a quick question is if I have a low calorie intake tomorrow, will it make up for todays calories?

I don't know about any one else but I find it hard to be spot on everyday. I pay more attention to my weekly result. Eat 3500 over gain a lb. Eat 3500 under lose a lb. Yesterday I ate pizza. OMG. I did an hour on the treadmill and was still 400 over. But I had 2 days under this week by the time add in dinner tonight I will be about 500 over for the week. Looking at my last 6 weeks I was over 3 weeks and under 3 weeks so pretty much everything evens out :-)
I know a few people who eat a little under all week if they know they have a night out our a function planned at the weekend. I do the same and I am doing ok.

You have to eat 3500 over your TDEE in order to gain a pound.

I agree with following weekly trends. Calorie Cycling is something people do on here as well which is a more structured take on managing weekly calories daily going over and under goal. In short, sure, eat less tomorrow. You're still on track!
