100 Days of Fitness - Looking for Support

Hi all! My names Heather, I'm 25 and have just started a very committed weightless journey. I've been a member of this site for years and although I've always wanted to lose weight I've never been committed to doing so.. And now I feel it is the time! I've started a 100 days of fitness to kick start my fitness routine and weightless and at Day 7 I can honestly say I haven't feel this happy and energetic in a really long time! I. Eating better than ever, haven't touched any snacks or sugary treats in a week and am focused on staying on track to reach my end goal of 100 days!

So far my excersise routine has looked like this:
Monday: 50 minutes intense cardio in the gym (PM)
Tuesday: 2 mile jog (AM - I'm not a runner - yet! This was a very slow paced jog around the park!)
Wednesday: 15 minutes rowing machine, 30 minute weight session (PM)
Thursday: 50 minutes cardio session in the gym (PM)
Friday: 2 mile jog (AM)
Saturday: intense cardio in the gym (800 calories). Plus weights
Sunday: the plan for today is rowing and weights :D
