Hey I got this app over a year ago and didn't do anything with it but have recently joined up again. In the last year I have put on a lot of weight and its about time now I turned things around It's now a ritual every day entering everything I eat/drink and it's really paying off. With a couple of months I have been eating right and exercising regularly. Up to a week and a half ago I would lose 4 pounds and put it on again over and over. That is until I started doing the couch to 5k to get into jogging and started logging in MyFitnessPal app. Since then I have lost 6 pounds in 10 days. It's great to finally see some results on the scales. If anyone has any tips let me know, and add me also The more the merrier as it would keep the motivation up also starting with a personal trainer tomorrow, eeeek dreading it but very excited at the same time
