Hey :) I got this app over a year ago and didn't do anything with it but have recently joined up again. In the last year I have put on a lot of weight and its about time now I turned things around :) It's now a ritual every day entering everything I eat/drink and it's really paying off. With a couple of months I have been eating right and exercising regularly. Up to a week and a half ago I would lose 4 pounds and put it on again over and over. That is until I started doing the couch to 5k to get into jogging and started logging in MyFitnessPal app. Since then I have lost 6 pounds in 10 days. It's great to finally see some results on the scales. If anyone has any tips let me know, and add me also :) The more the merrier as it would keep the motivation up :) also starting with a personal trainer tomorrow, eeeek dreading it but very excited at the same time :)
