Anyone try hip hop abs

Yes...I was almost sucked into an infomercial! Has anyone tried hip hop abs? It looks fun (I love to dance). And it seems to incorporate cardio as well. Just looking for some thoughts before I shell out the bucks! Thanks!

    i just bought it off of ebay. i did my first workout just yesterday. i only did the toning workout so far, and my abs were so sore today! i haven't tried the more cardio-style DVD yet tho. it's decent so far...i think the music isn't great tho.

    OMG so much fun!!! I hate laying on the floor and it hurts my neck. I loved dancing to work my core

    YES!! Its so fun! And it works. After the first time I did it my abs were so sore! And I love Shaun T!

    it is a great workout, plus I love that Beachbody will let you return it if you don't like it. :)
