Multivitamin with iron

Hi guys,

I just bought a multivitamin from Healthspan and realised that it contains 14mg of iron (RDA).

I know that men aren't supposed to supplement iron… will this amount do me any harm?
Just judging whether it's worth binning them. I don't eat fortified cereal for what it's worth.
