Back this Week

I started with MFP back in 2012 and then with a move to Alaska got off track. My son proposed we do this together so I have been logging all week (not changing what I am eating) and just joined his gym with my husband yesterday. We will be checking up on each others logs each day and going to the gym together 3 days a week.

I have about 140-150 pounds to lose - would like to be around 160 or so. Anything smaller and I look kind of skeletor'ish (if you know who skeletor is we can probably be friends!) - To be completely honest I just want to weigh 1 pound less than my husband. That hasn't happened since around the time or our wedding!

Look forward to getting to know some of you - I am an all or nothing, type A person and while that is great in my job - it has failed pretty miserably in past weight loss attempts. Taking it one meal and one workout at a time this time around!

    Thanks! My family is really great - I am blessed! It feels really good to be caring for myself.
