I am looking for a bit of advice,
I currently go to the gym 4 times a week.
I am looking to tone up my abs, arms and legs but I have quite a lot of fat to get rid of first.
my question is, do I mix up cardio and strength together? or do I look at losing the fat first and then work on toning up after?
Also can anybody recommend some tips they use at the gym...eg, strength...reps, sets, equipment etc
thankyou

Do both!!!
Strength training to maintain your lean muscle so when you lose fat you will still have muscle to reveal. Cardio to improve your cardiovascular health and overall fitness.0 -

I've begun lifting at the highest weights I can and it's changed my body so much. I'm not necessarily losing weigh fast, which is not my goal, but I am losing fat and getting 'tighter'. Don't be afraid of heavy duty weights - you won't bulk up but will look amazing.0
