Just wanted to say hi!

I started yesterday. It is amazing to see how many calories I eat each day and how much is in everything.

I am 41, only have a bit to lose (before there is too much damage), am a mum to 2 teenage girls and work full time as a manager.

I love running and am doing the Melbourne half next weekend. I do manage to exercise regularly but do not always manage to eat right!

Hope to hear from some of you.

  • I just joined a weight loss challenge yesterday. I don't have good eating habits at all. I'm trying to change my life style when it comes to eating and exercising. I have a long way to go but I'm ready to start. I'm not doing the challenge for the money, I'm doing it for my health.
