Hi everyone,
I am using myfitnesspal to track all my food. I normally run around pretty lean so the only way to really get to a state of super lean I figured I needed to go to the next level so to speak. And, that means tracking everything. I know I won't be able to hold it every long of course but it's fun to "go for it."
I've been lifting since 1979 and on the net in the topic of strength training since browsers didn't have images.
