I'm here for a change...to lose about 30 lbs. I previously lost 36 lbs with sparkpeople in about 1 year, but one of my biggest challenges is boredom. I get easily bored with the websites and apps, so I tend to swtich back and forth.

    Please don't set yourself up to fail! Tell yourself you will do it instead of giving yourself an excuse to quit. You can do this! Have to be in the right frame of mind to accomplish any goal!

    Hi and welcome.

    Its a brilliant board, lots of encouragement, the calculation tools are really good and the original reason I joined 5 days ago.

    My advice, get your ticker up and set yourself mini goals. Tiny steps will get you there better than trying for big leaps.

    Come join us in the October Challenge to lose 5 lbs. Small steps and taking it one day at a time. I love this site just about as much as I like Facebook. I am addicted to both. Better than a food addicition, which I admit to...Good luck.
