How do you know if you're actually losing fat or if it's just water weight?

try get one of those weighing scales that shows weight and fat percentage...0

Dont get those Scales they are a waste of money and they are WRONG. THen best way is to have your body fat checked hydrostaticly or with skin fold calipers. Water wait will flucutate 3-5 lbs but if you keep going down then you should be loosin fat weight. Take your measurments that will give you an idea as well. DOnt by those scales they are wrong and a waste of money.0

You will loose mostly water weight the first week or two, you'll most probably see 3 or 4 lbs loss a week for those first 2 weeks (I did anyway) after that I slowed down to about 1lb a week, then I knew I was loosing fat and not water.0
