Positive thinkng challenge

Anyone out there want a challenge? I am up for yours too if You are kind of in my condition :)
1. Think of something you need to do , but you do not do that is not necessarily about fitness.

3. Put the item from one in place of what Zig is talking about (job)
4. try this for two weeks.
