Hello Everyone,
My name is Elena, i am not new to MFP but i haven't been an active member on here. Which i am going to change now. I am trying to keep myself motivated. I will be starting t25 this week. I can not wait. I am trying to be more active. I live and work near the arboretum, i used to walk an hour at lunch everyday, i haven't did that in 2 years. My excuses were 1. it was icy/cold (winter) or 2. it was way too hot out (summer) fall and spring no excuse just didn't do it. NO more excuses!!! anyways. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

    Hi and welcome. Yup, I argue with myself all the time to just get out there and get my walking done. And now I started strength/toning at the fitness center at our local school, and THAT is quite the argument I have there, to get up early and get that done. But I always win out and get it done :) Good luck in your journey. You've come to the right place for support.
