Hey everyone! I am currently doing T25 and 21 Day fit and the programs are amazing! I'm 3 weeks into T25 and just starting with the 21 day fix. So far I've lost 4 pounds, I know it doesn't sound like a lot within 3 weeks, but I haven't been completely watching what I eat.
