Support needed!!

Hello everyone! I'm Brittany, i've been on this sight for about 3 months now and in the beginning I was doing great and lost 16 pounds! Wow, I never thought that was possible. Recently, i've fallen off the wagon... i've been eating horribly and I keep justifying my actions and I also don't exercise as much as before.. I need lots of support to get me back on track! Please add me and help me! I'm friendly :)!!!!

    I have a sister that lost 25 last year on MFP and my wife started Jan 6th and has lost 23. I have been at it 8 weeks and have lost 14. It is a good app and trust me if a man can follow it you know it is easy. Just stick to it and get that weight loss jump started! Good luck kiddo.

    I completely understand! I have been going on and off MFP for the past 2 years. I find that MFP alone does not motivate me to lose weight, but it is a great tool once I have that motivation! I've used many different things to help motivate me over the years. Back when I first lost the weight I needed to, I gave up my favorite food - cereal. I have not bought a box in 8 years! Since I started craving cereal a couple weeks ago I decided I would let myself buy a box of cereal if I got below my goal weight and I will allow myself to keep eating it as long as I maintain this goal weight. This motivation is working so far! The trick for me is finding a source of motivation... Good luck!!!
