Another Newbie!!

Just starting out today and it is time for some changes. Have had success in the past with other plans, but 15 lbs has crept back on. By weighing myself daily and tracking my food intake, I'm sure I'll have success with MFP.

    Welcome to MFP - It's a great place to be.
    I'd go crazy weighing myself every day - I weigh once a week. Monday mornings - keeps me on track through the weekends.
    But do what works for you.
