thank God, there's enough crap as it is.

1. Host the picture on a site so that you have a URL for it - http://www.ptobucket.kr/mycrzycat.jpg or whatever (I made that one up)

Then put it between [ img ] [ /img ] tags, without the spaces in between the brackets, ie

[ img ] http://www.ptobucket.kr/mycrzycat.jpg [ /img ]
